 What do you think you would build if you had the option to have a new F-class rifle built today and you can only have 1 rifle! Matches range from 300-1000 yards!

284 hands down. nothing special just a straight 284. Too many National Records set with this cartridge to be ignored. Or the 280AI as I own a reamer already.
What ever your choice you need to learn how to read wind and then you will start winning. until then all the BC in the world wont do you anygood.
